Heh, well some of the concern among black Americans about that is real. Some people have not forgotten that some ‘white liberals’ pushed the Eugenics thing here in the States. It is fairly well known that black women have mulitple abortions disproportionately or that ‘sterilization’ programs were done on black women disproportionately.

‘Hypocrisy’ really should just be redefined as ‘Leftism’. Or in the case of racism, it means smearing and accusing others of doing exactly what you are doing.
Funny thing about Carl Rowan. For many years he was the reliable anti-gun voice in the District of Criminals. Every week he railed about crazy American gun culture. Then one day in 1988 he shot a trespasser in his yard with an illegal pistol (of course). He skated from the certain conviction and never was penalized, punished or imprisoned.
What was interesting is that even though he was a die-hard enemy of gun-owners, they still came to his aid, especially talk show hosts. He is long dead but if it happened today, thanks to recent Supreme Court rulings led by Thomas and Scalia he would be vindicated and have no worries about defending his property.

Hear, hear! During prohibition, the White House had no shortage of liquor. And I wish I could recall the woman’s name, but she was a democrat from New York pushing for gun bans, and it was revealed she kept guns under her bed. Harry Reid won’t release his taxes, Barry smokes, Pelosi is rich, etc…
