I thought you were going to show a picture of the Russian meteorite.

  2. squid2112 says:

WTF is “Climate Justice” … Images of Saul Alinsky are dancing in my head .. (ACK!)

  3. Owen says:

These kooks will run back to their warm houses – heated by fossil fuels – to escape the cold weather yet will fail to see the irony of it all because they are morons.

    • Vince says:

Just like they fail to see the irony of taking a flotilla of gasoline-powered buses to an anti-fossil fuels protest. Yes, I agree that these people are morons.

  4. Justa Joe says:

Nice red star on the chick in the foreground. At least she’s honest.

  5. jimash1 says:

One of them Macy’s Commies, no doubt.

  6. Ben says:

Thank goodness for the global warming thus far, or they might have had to dress in layers

  7. Billy Liar says:

The one in the middle looks like she might be from one of those countries that currently sells oil to the US.

  8. jimash1 says:

When I see these babes, all bundled up against the cold, protesting because they think is too warm, it makes me wonder.
What is the definition of Irony ?

    • Irony would be them being wiped out by a meteorite instead of those poor Russians who were probably trying to get to work.

      • jimash1 says:

        Oh, !
But then we would have to hear about how meteors are climate events.
You know like the tsunamis, earthquakes and volcanoes.
“The cause of yesterday’s meteor strike in Russia is presumed to be a spaceostatic gravitometric reaction to the use of fossil fuels on the east coast of the US, reflected in a loss of orbital geometry in the Near Earth “falling rock” zone. “

      • I don’t see why not. Random weather events are now caused by CO2, but only if they make headlines.

But then we would have to hear about how meteors are climate events.

There is much talk about ‘black carbon’ and ‘soot’ affecting arctic ice but everyone forgets that there is about 100,000 tons of cosmic dust falling on earth every year. (Some of it in larger lumps on Russia)

  9. Bruce says:

McKitten said the turnout was 35,000, but others say 5,000. Well we know climateers are into heroic adjustments.

More interesting for me is our local Aussie ABC didn’t cover the protest at all! Normally they would be falling over themselves to. Maybe the sight of thousands of shivering green activists rugged up in parkas protesting global warming clashed with the ‘we’re all going to fry’ vibe.
