    Places in the Dakotas are averaging close to 15 degrees below normal from March 1 thru April 20th. Much below normal down to Kansas and Oklahoma. And these clowns didn’t have the foggiest notion. Our tax dollars at work!

    they were close, last Monday the Illinois river at Peoria was at 14 feet, tomorrow it’s supposed to be over 30 feet, a new record by 2 feet, so they were only off by 16 feet of water
