The progressive-leaning investigative journalism group ProPublica says the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) office that targeted and harassed conservative tax-exempt groups during the 2012 election cycle gave the progressive group nine confidential applications of conservative groups whose tax-exempt status was pending.

The IRS was giving tea party tax information to Obama supporting journalists, and Obama says he didn’t know about it. None of the journalists bothered to tell Obama or tell law enforcement that they were parties to election fraud, because journalists are very shy people.
This makes Watergate look like a school prank.
Watergate does indeed pale to what we are witnessing now. In fact I was just thinking this morning, given the current goings on, it seems very odd that two reporters would go to such lengths over such a trivial matter. They look petty now.

I would like to see that investigated, since it appears to be a clear felony.
And the journalists, of course, concealed the facts until well after the election and inauguration. Don’t want the truth to interfere with electing their preferred candidate, don’t you know.

Douglas Shulman donated $500 to the DNC in 2004, when Kerry ran against Bush. Bush was nonpartisan enough to appoint democrats and leave many in posts from the previous administration.
